RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If your order arrives defective, broken, or if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our support team at Info@avenellecare.com.
Money-Back Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders, starting from the day you receive your order. During this period, if you are not completely satisfied, we will replace or refund your order at no additional cost, including free shipping if applicable. To prevent misuse of our guarantee, we ask that you ship the product back to us.
REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT
If your unit arrives broken or breaks within the 60-day return period, we will send a replacement unit or refund your order promptly. There is no need to return broken units.
Please describe the issue with your product clearly so we can quickly determine if it can be fixed. If not, we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
To speed up the process, please send us a short video of the issue. Once we confirm the problem, you can choose a replacement or a refund. Replacement units will come with a tracking number. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to appear in your account, and you will receive a notification when processed. Refunds cover the full order amount minus shipping fees.
CANCELED ORDERS
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we can issue a refund once the product is returned. Please reach out to us for return instructions before sending the product back.
Please note: Refusing delivery does not cancel your order. If you refuse delivery due to a change of heart, we cannot accept it as a return because our fulfillment warehouse does not accept returns, and the package would be lost.
