SHIPPING

We work very closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries. Please contact us if you have any questions!

We work together with different warehouses in the US and Canada so we can provide fast shipping inside North America.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimates:

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship orders with USPS, UPS, Fedex, and Canada Post. Our shipping options are:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping (Free)
  • Priority Shipping ($4.99)
  • Insured Shipping ($3.99) (Offered inside of the cart only)

All orders are provided with a tracking number no matter which shipping option you choose. Standard tracked shipping is the free option for tracked shipping. Orders with priority shipping will always be shipped before all other orders, making the processing time on these orders 1 day or less. Shipping times will not be affected by choosing this shipping method. Insured shipping will insure all the products inside of your order against theft, loss and damage upto $100 USD.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders take 1-3 days to process before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.


TRACKING INFORMATION

When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from our system via email or text message providing you with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link provided in the tracking email or text message. If you haven't received your tracking number within 3-5 days or if it is not working, please contact us.


WRONG ADDRESS

We are not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure your shipping and billing addresses are both correct before placing an order. If you realize you made a mistake in your address right after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible as we might still be able to change your address if we haven't shipped your order yet. If we have made a mistake in your address, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no charge.


UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some rare instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. These delays are caused by different variables that we cannot control. If your package has not yet arrived after 30 business days, we will refund your order. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will help find a suitable solution for your specific situation.
